ALLbum : Kodaline - In A Perfect World (2013)


What a great view for the cover album by the way. An Irish band that setup for a perfect world in their debut album. There's nothing special about this band but the charismatic voice from the vocalist plus the core music of indie and folk/country element really made these album a great success in my point of view. There's eleven song from this album not included the bonus tracks. I'm not review the whole song but I'm pick up a few song that I've consider 'easy listening' and have a good quality lyrics. Hope the reader would like it too.

I would say that an opening song called #1 One Day are so amazing. It's probably reflects in our daily life that passing by everyday, could it better today from yesterday or maybe the worst than ever. Up next is Kodaline's killer song, #2 All I Want. Actually the song it's about a love story that compile together the sad emotion and probably rip off your feeling with tears. What happen if #3 Love Like This did not last forever? I really don't know. What kind of love that did not last forever? The answer is listen to these song.

Another wonderful song is #4 High Hopes. Life is unexpected. Everybody have high expectation in their life but it's not all getting right on course. Now, it's time to you let it go, go out and start all over again. My favorite song is #5 Brand New Day. I think it's kind of some adventures song with a catchy bit. Thinking about finding the place that you never go yet and see people you never meet. The last track #11 Way Back When. This song probably reminds you about the past memories that you never forget in your life.

It's not a typical album that you can criticized about it but without the complexity or experiment of making a good song, they just simply put the meaningful lyrics which have a high quality contents inside it. Although it's simple but less is better to me. Thus, overall score I give 90 out of 100.

Disebabkan muzik video kumpulan indie tempatan ini selalu dimainkan di Astro Hitz saluran 705 , tercetusnya idea untuk saya memberi pandangan mengenai kumpulan ini. Ulasan Novel Jiwa Kacau

Novel Jiwa Kacau daripada penulis Zati Hanani dan diterbitkan oleh Lejen Press. Aku beli buku ni kat Kedai Buku 1Malaysia di UTC Alor Setar. Aku tak sangka, aku beli novel ni amat murah di Kedai Buku 1Malaysia berbanding MPH. Ia berharga RM 17 berbanding harga biasa iaitu RM 20. Mungkin depa bagi diskaun kot. Tapi, aku dapat jimat 3 Ringgit. Novel ni dah lama berada di pasaran. Tapi, aku beli novel ni masa ia masih 'fresh' lagi iaitu cetakan pertama, Januari 2015. Novel kedua yang berjaya aku habiskan membacanya selepas novel Bau Semangat Anak Muda. Aku tertarik nak beli dan baca novel ni disebabkan kisah 4 individu yang ingin menubuhkan sebuah band muzik. Lagipun, aku memang pencinta muzik terutamanya indie group band. Novel ini ditulis oleh penulis perempuan iaitu Zati Hanani. ALLbum : Passion Pit - Manners (2009)

Manners were the first Passion Pit debut album that consist eleven songs including Sleepyhead , the song from their first EP ( Extended Play ) called Chunk Of Change . Manners deliver atmospheric feeling where they creating an exciting or emotional mood in certain song combined with awesome poetry lyrics.  I've  seen a lot of positive feedback from professional critics about Manners album in the internet such as Pitchfork ; suggest that Manners is deceptively consistent beyond its singles where if you like one Passion Pit song, you’ll probably like them all . [ Well, it’s true and it’s happen to me. The first songs  I've  hear from these albums was Little Secrets then Moth’s Wings until the last song entitle Seaweed Song .
